Description: I was riding on Martin Luther King going towards the ocean. There is a two lane left turn from Martin Luther King Dr on to Cross Over Dr. The left turns are suppose to yield to on coming traffic. The SUV in the outer turn yielded. The car in the second lane didn’t and hit me. Hospital and such. What I am bitter about is the cops did not ticket this woman. She was telling them I was trying to scam her. She would not take responsiability. Even her insurance company tried to explain to her that it she was responsiable for the accident. The insurance comapny was actually very good, paid for everything, no fight.
