Description: Driver didn’t put on right turn signal, and turned into me as I tried to bike straight. There was a green light, he was in a right turn/go straight lane. I was on his right. It was dusk. I had both front and back lights on and blinking. I had checked to see if he was signaling to go right; there was no signal. Suffered deep cuts and bruises as well as a lot of road rash. No head trauma, was wearing a helmet. Broke my front light. Screwed up my derailer. Driver stopped to see if I was ok, but no one else did.
